Every review includes
- A completed, signed SiteMentor RAMS Review & Acceptance Form (SM-RAMS-01) in PDF and Word
- A clear decision on each of the 20 checks: Yes, Yes with comments, No or N/A
- Written comments the subcontractor can act on straight away
- An overall status: Approved, Approved with comments, or Returned for revision
- One free re-check of the revised RAMS within 30 days (further re-checks £50 ex VAT)
- A RAMS Briefing & Acknowledgement Record (SM-RAMS-02) so your site manager can brief the accepted RAMS and every change to the site team, with each operative signing that they've read and understood it

Pricing FAQ
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at the standard rate.
What counts as an electrical RAMS?
Any RAMS that includes work on or near electrical systems: HV, LV or ELV installation, isolation, testing, commissioning or live-adjacent work. These need the Section 6 checks and Authorised Person countersign.
What if a RAMS covers several activities?
One RAMS document is one review. Very large RAMS (over 60 pages, or covering more than 5 distinct activities) may be quoted separately. We'll tell you before we start.
Does your review replace our Authorised Person, Temporary Works Coordinator or H&S adviser?
No. We review the RAMS as submitted and record a clear decision with reasons. Permits, temporary works and electrical safety decisions stay with your appointed competent persons. Responsibility under CDM 2015 stays with the duty holders.
Who briefs the site team after the review?
Your site manager or supervisor. We provide the briefing record (SM-RAMS-02). They explain the accepted RAMS and every change from the review to the team before work starts, and each operative signs to confirm they've read and understood it. Keep the signed record with the RAMS in the site file.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Founding clients get their first review free, and the RAMS Acceptance Tool is free during early access.
Can we cancel a retainer?
After the first 3 months, yes, with 30 days' notice.
Do you keep our RAMS?
We keep RAMS and completed forms only as long as needed to provide the service and for our records. See the privacy notice.
